The Center for Market Education and Provalindo Nusa invite you to the webinar "What is a City? Urban Planning and Spontaneous Order", with Sanford Ikeda, Professor of Economics at Purchase College of State University New York.

Why does observing and studying the way cities work enrich our understanding of economics and social theory? How does it clarify the role and limits of public and private planning? What part do cities play in cultural and economic development and why? When does planning nurture or stifle creativity and entrepreneurship? What are some of the key indicators of a successful city?
